Today I learned that despite the number of things I've learned through my years with my coach, this joker has tricks up his sleeve and cards that he's yet to put on the table. I'll list a few new things that I learned from just translating this recent level 1 certification.
5 things I've learned
1. You cannot second pull too straight. There will be a slight curve. That's called physics. You can however first pull straight. And you should!
2. Lats=your least appreciated best friend.
3. Just because your muscles hurt, don't mean it is wrong. Just because something feels easier, don't mean it's right. Physics need to be put into the calculation too
4. Avoiding uncomfortable positions in the first pull can cause major issues later in the more significant second pull. Suffer now or later is your choice
5. Kirksman has yet to even begin scraping the surface of what his coach knows. And short torsos are extrmely challenging bodies to work with.
